1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 369jl website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the 369jl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

369jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 369jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities is 21 years old. 369jl strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party without explicit authorization.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 369jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 369jl Platform or had your account terminated for a violation of these Terms.

369jl employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source where technically feasible.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting services on 369jl, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all 369jl accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 369jl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 369jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): 369jl may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.
• Account Currency: All 369jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to standard transactions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

369jl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 369jl account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. 369jl reserves the right to conduct security checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Transaction Fees: 369jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 369jl bears no responsibility.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

369jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Players are advised to read these terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 369jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

369jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered players.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 369jl Platform — including live dealer games, fish shooting games, sports betting markets, and all other game types — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on 369jl use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 369jl's decision shall be final.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 369jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in such circumstances.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change at 369jl's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 369jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity theft.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 369jl account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 369jl staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 369jl Platform — including but not limited to the 369jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 369jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 369jl.

Any unauthorized use of 369jl's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 369jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 369jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, network failure, or force majeure event beyond 369jl's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 369jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10 Responsible Gaming

369jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 11 Account Suspension and Termination

369jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon termination for cause, 369jl reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 369jl customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

369jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

369jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 369jl cannot guarantee absolute data security. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable available account security features.

13 Amendments to These Terms

369jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 369jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 369jl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 369jl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, players must submit a formal complaint to 369jl customer support within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered.
